Shipping generally takes 1-3 business days, unless you order a PreOrder Item. In which case, the estimated ship date will be listed on the PreOrder Item listing. Please notice if you order a PreOrder Item and other items, your FULL order will not ship until the PreOrder Item is in stock, unless you notify us that you'd like to request a split shipment.
Exchanges: Simply purchase the item you are wanting in a new order (before it sells out!) Send your unwanted item back within 20 days to receive a full refund. All unwanted items must be received within the 20 day window, no exceptions will be made.
Returns: You have 20 days from the date of receipt to return your item for a full refund. Please include your name and order number, as well as why you are returning the item. The item must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition (no signs of wear or damage). Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item arrived damaged, in which case we ask that you please contact us immediately. If an item is received after the 20 day policy, or we find signs of wear or damage, the package will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
SHOES MUST BE PACKAGED IN A PROTECTIVE BOX OR BAG! Do NOT affix a label directly to the shoe box or it will be marked Return to Sender and not eligible for return or exchange.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit, you will need to contact USPS for that! xo
