International shipping will depend on region.

We high recommend to purchase Route Protection with your package because it covers any order that is lost, stolen, or otherwise missing or damaged.

Route Protection protects your package against loss, theft and damage, and make shipping 100% carbon neutral.

We are not responsible if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact customer service with the correct address as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, if the order has already been processed we are unable to make the change.

All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

Returns + Exchanges FAQ

Yes! Merchandise must be returned within 20 days of the fulfillment date and must be unwashed and unworn. Items that meet the following criteria can not be returned:

  • Items marked as FINAL SALE & FLASH SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
  • All items with pricing ending in .00 are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • All items with a discount or coupon of 30% or more are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Merchandise must be returned within 20 days of the fulfillment date.

Yes! If you choose store credit then shipping is on us!

During the Returns Process if an item is ineligible for a Return you will not be able to select that item for Return. The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items outside the 20 day return window (20 days starts once order is fulfilled)
  • Items marked as FINAL SALE & FLASH SALE
  • All items with pricing ending in .00

Once your return is scanned as "delivered" at our facility, your store credit or refund will be issued.

Store Credit does not expire.

Yes! Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks. SHOES MUST BE PACKAGED IN A PROTECTIVE BOX OR BAG! Do NOT affix a label directly to the shoe box or it will be marked Return to Sender and not eligible for return or exchange.

Unfortunately, if an item is ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will send back the ineligible item to you.

Should the item you are exchanging for go out of stock before you are able to get your order scanned by USPS, you will be issued Store Credit.

Your exchange order will NOT be processed until your return package has been scanned & received by USPS.

We offer Free Shipping on items being EXCHANGED ONLY, and a label will be auto-generated for you.

When you use our pre-paid return label, the flat rate cost of return shipping is $10 and will be deducted from your REFUND (MMM E-Gift Card). If you choose STORE CREDIT, there is no return shipping charge.

Other FAQ

If your item is defective upon receiving it in the mail, please contact customer care here within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. Please include a photo of the damaged item and it's defect in the email. A return or replacement will only be given if we are notified within the 3 day window.

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, including shrinkage or incorrect sizing.

NOTE* Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items.
