Shipping FAQ

Once you've placed your order it will ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted on the item listing.

Preorder items will ship in the timeframe noted on the item listing at the time of purchase.

Please note: if your order contains non-preorder items your order will ship in full, when the preorder item arrives.

We offer free US shipping on orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $6.99.

We do! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

We highly recommend purchasing Route Protection with your order as it covers any order that is lost, stolen, or otherwise missing or damaged.

If you have purchased Route Protection at checkout click here to file your claim.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost of stolen packages, if you have not purchased package protection we suggest reaching out to the package carrier to file a claim for your order.

Contact support@mindymaesmarket.com immediately so we can adjust the address before shipment occurs.

Returns + Exchanges FAQ

Yes! Merchandise must be returned within 20 days of the fulfillment date and must be unwashed and unworn. Items that meet the following criteria can not be returned:

  • Items marked as FINAL SALE & FLASH SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
  • All items with pricing ending in .00 are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • All items with a discount or coupon of 30% or more are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Merchandise must be returned within 20 days of the fulfillment date.

During the Returns Process if an item is ineligible for a Return you will not be able to select that item for Return. The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items outside the 20 day return window (20 days starts once order is fulfilled)
  • Items marked as FINAL SALE & FLASH SALE
  • All items with pricing ending in .00

Once your return is scanned as delivered at our warehouse, your store credit or refund will be issued.

Yes! Exchanges will be processed through our returns portal. If your preferred exchange item goes out of stock before you are able to drop of your return package, you will be issued a store credit instead.

Your exchange order will NOT be processed until your return package has been scanned & received by USPS.

For exchanges and store credit returns, shipping is on us!

If you choose to return your items for a refund there will be a flat rate of $10 deducted from your refund to cover the cost of your shipping label.

Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items.
