Shipping

Once processed your order will arrive within 3-8 business days, if you purchase a PreOrder Item the estimated ship date will be listed on the PreOrder Item listing. Please notice if you order a PreOrder Item and other items, your FULL order will not ship until the PreOrder Item is in stock.

Shipping within the United States: 

Shipping in the US is always FREE.

Shipping Internationally:

 

  • We cannot guarantee that your order will not require customs duties, fees or taxes. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country. International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country.
  • Shipping to other international areas will depend on region.

Route Protection

Any order that is lost, stolen, or otherwise missing or damaged cannot and will not be replaced or refunded if Route Protection is not purchased for the order.


Returns

  • FINAL SALE & FLASH SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
  • All items with pricing ending in .00 are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • All items with a discount or coupon of 30% or more are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • We offer Free Return Shipping if returned for STORE CREDIT*.
    • *Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer Free Return Shipping on any international return.
  • We do NOT offer Free Return Shipping if returned for a REFUND.
    • a return label is auto-generated at a cost of $10 that will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 20 days of the fulfillment date.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks. SHOES MUST BE PACKAGED IN A PROTECTIVE BOX OR BAG! Do NOT affix a label directly to the shoe box or it will be marked Return to Sender and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • During the Returns Process if an item is ineligible for a Return you will not be able to select that item for Return. This will be all items past the policy time frame or ones that are Final Sale, etc.
  • If an item is ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will send back the ineligible item to you.
  • Once your return is scanned as "delivered" at our facility, your store credit or refund will be issued.
  • Store Credit does not expire.

Exchanges

  • You may exchange for a different size, or a whole new product!
  • We offer Free Shipping on items being exchanged, and a label will be auto-generated for you.
  • Your exchange order will NOT be processed until your return package has been scanned & received by USPS.
  • Should the item you are exchanging for go out of stock before you are able to get your order scanned by USPS, you will be issued Store Credit.

Defective Items

  • If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care here within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, including shrinkage or incorrect sizing.
  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

Return Fee

When you use our pre-paid return label, the flat rate cost of return shipping is $10 and will be deducted from your REFUND (MMM E-Gift Card). If you choose STORE CREDIT, there is no return shipping charge.


Price Adjustments

Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact customer service with the correct address as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, if the order has already been processed we are unable to make the change.
  • All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
