Shipping

Shipping in the U.S. is free on orders over $75. 

International Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Shipping generally takes 3-4 business days, unless you order a Preorder Item. In which case, the estimated ship date will be listed on the Preorder Item listing.

Please notice if you order a Preorder Item and other items, your full order will not ship until the Preorder Item is in stock, unless you notify us that you'd like to request a split shipment.

Returns

FINAL SALE & FLASH SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.

All items with pricing ending in .00 are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.

All items with a discount or coupon of 30% or more are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.

*Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer Free Return Shipping on any international return.

Merchandise must be returned within 20 days of the fulfillment date and must be unwashed and unworn.

Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks. SHOES MUST BE PACKAGED IN A PROTECTIVE BOX OR BAG! Do NOT affix a label directly to the shoe box or it will be marked Return to Sender and not eligible for return or exchange.

During the Returns Process if an item is ineligible for a Return you will not be able to select that item for Return. This will be all items past the policy time frame or ones that are Final Sale, etc.

If an item is ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will send back the ineligible item to you.

We're happy to offer "Free Returns & Package Protection" coverage available for purchase at checkout! If you purchase coverage, you'll receive a paid return label, if you do not purchase coverage, a $10 label will be removed from your return value.

Once your return is scanned as "delivered" at our facility, your store credit or refund will be issued.

Store Credit does not expire.

Exchanges

You may exchange for a different size, or a whole new product!

We offer Free Shipping on items being exchanged, and a label will be auto-generated for you.

Your exchange order will NOT be processed until your return package has been scanned & received by the shipping provider.

Should the item you are exchanging for go out of stock before you are able to get your order scanned by the shipping provider, you will be issued Store Credit.
